Kangiata Illorsua – Isfjordscentret i Ilulissat – The Icefjord Centre opened in July 2021.
2023 is the first season without covid restrictions.
Our season in 2022 was a time for experimenting, gaining knowledge and experience about how to provide our services for our business associates in the best possible way.

The following information is especially for our business associates.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATES
As a business associate you can purchase tickets for your guests in the current year through our online booking system.
Up to one month prior of the scheduled visit, you can contact us and cancel all or some of the tickets you have purchased and get a full refund.
If your travel itinerary should change you are more than welcome to contact us, where we will explore the possibility of changing the date and time of the ticket. Contact us by phone +299 555588 or email karl@ifc.gl
If you wish to pay by invoice a handling fee of 500kr will apply.

GROUPS WITH MORE THAN 120 PERSONS AND TICKETS PURCHASED FOR MORE THAN ONE TIME SLOT, FOR THE SAME DAY
To secure the best experience for our guests and for fire safety consideration, it is not allowed to be more than 120 persons in The Icefjord Centre at a time. Our tickets are sold in time slots of 1,5 hours at a time. Tickets purchased by cruise ships or other similar business associates are welcome to use their tickets throughout the combined period of time slots their tickets stretch over.
Please be environmentally conscious and do not print your tickets.
The passengers/guests can wear a visible ID, clothing with the company logo or be accompanied by a guide.
We issue a personal annual pass for guides. An annual pass costs one entrance ticket.
